FREE - Fall Into Fitness Week

Sunday: Cardio Drumming at 10:30 am

From October 4-10 all the land fitness classes at the Saline Rec Center are free for the whole community! You don't need to be a Rec Center member to participate. From Cycling and Cardio Drumming to Yoga and Zumba we have a class for every interest and fitness level. Class days, times and descriptions are available at www.salinemi.gov/parks.
